ADM 100 Series is designed to provide wide range of dispensing applications. The system is able to use for fluid dispensing, e.g. glue, gel and solder paste dispensing. The system is capable to dispense dots, arcs, circles, 2D-Spiral.

Handler
It is designed for flexibility through modular concept allowing quick switches over to different dispensing applications. It can be configured as bench-top, extended structural or in line auto mode. Max 2 valve modules able to be attached.

System Software
It uses ADM.exe c/w:
  • User Application Programming (UAP -ADM) - for user to do dispensing programming. “Step by step guide” when program standard dispensing profile
  • Optional Custom User Vision Routine (uVR) - Allow user to create/ write custom vision target/ inspection routine
